In Andhra Pradesh, Nisar Ahmad Kakru has been sworn in as the High Court Chief Justice on Friday morning in Hyderabad. Governor E.S.L. Narsimhan has administered oath of office to the Justice Kakru at a ceremonial function held at Raj Bhavan on Friday morning.<br/><br/>Chief Minister K Rosaiah, Assembly Speaker N Kiran Kumar Reddy, and Council Chairman A Chakrapani were among them who attended the function. Prior to this, Justice Kakru has been the Chief Justice of the Jammu Kashmir High Court.<br/>
