<span style="color: #222222;">BJP today blamed Aam Aadmi Party for the delay in hanging of four death row convicts in the Nirbhaya case. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Talking to reporters in New Delhi, senior party leader and Union Minister Smriti Irani alleged that because of Delhi government they could not be hanged in a time-bound manner after their review petition was dismissed by the Supreme Court in July last year. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">She said the prison department comes under city government. The Minister questioned why did the city government give ten thousand rupees and a sewing kit to the juvenile rapist when he was released.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />'' Meanwhile, AAP convenor and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has rejected the allegation of delay from Delhi government's side. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He told reporters that whatever responsibilities the Delhi government had, it had finished them within a few hours &nbsp;and it has no role in delaying the hanging of the convicts.
