Nineteen people have died in a road accident in Barwa under Govindpuri village of Dhanbad district of Jharkhand this morning. <br/><br/>Speaking to AIR Ranchi correspondent the Station-in-Charge of Govindpuri Police Station said that a marriage party was returning to Asansol in West Bengal when the vehicle lost control and hit a tree in which 16 people died on the spot while three others succumbed to their injury later in hospital. <br/>
