In Goa, nine more confirmed H1N1 cases were reported on Monday taking the total number of people affected by the swine flu virus to 49 this year. Of the nine cases,five were from Salcete,and one each from Tiswadi, Mormugaon, Canacona and Quepem. All the infected persons received anti viral treatment and have recovered. Our Goa correspondent reports that, so far Salcete has reported 20 confirmed H1N1 cases, Tiswadi 10, Mormugaon 8, Quepem and Ponda 3 each and Canacona one H1N1 case.
