In Uttar Pradesh, the Allahabad District Administration has suspended nine government employees of State Children Home because of physical exploitation of three minor girls. Acting District Magistrate of Allahabad B Chandrakala told AIR that on the basis of initial inquiry report these nine employees were found responsible for negligence in their duties.Earlier, the children’s home superintendent had been suspended and a employees was arrested in this shocking case.The exploitation of minor girls came into limelight when a couple who have recently adopted a girl child from the Allahabad based children home reveled about the incident. The Allahabad High Court also took suo-motto cognizance of a sexual harassment of three minor girls. The court has instructed the district administration and other concerned state government department’s to file their reply and action taken report .The next hearing will take place on 11th April. Meanwhile many social activist demanded strict actions against the culprits and careless government officers .
