In Kerala, the National Investigation Agency has listed Pakistani terrorist Abdul Rahman alias Wali as the 24th accused in the Kashmir Recruitment case. This was stated in an interim report submitted by the NIA in the Special Court in Kochi today.The investigation agency also produced the photographs of four youths killed in an encounter with the army in Jammu and Kashmir.
