NIA informs court that it will file chargesheet against Hurriyat leader Geelani's son-in-law & others within week

<br/>National Investigation Agency (NIA) informed a Delhi court that it will file a chargesheet against Hurriyat leader Syed Ali Shah Geelani's son-in-law and others within a week in a case of terror-funding in the Kashmir Valley to fuel unrest. <br/><br/>The NIA told the court yesterday that the investigation in the case against Geelani's son-in-law Altaf Ahmed Shah, popularly know as Altaf Fantoosh, and others is at the concluding stage and that the evidence on record is being summed up. <br/><br/>NIA said the final report in the case will be filed shortly. The court allowed the agency's plea to extend by a week the judicial custody of eight accused persons.
