The Nation Investigation Agency (NIA) filed a chargesheet before a special NIA Court in Jammu today against three persons who allegedly underwent training in Pakistan to carry out terrorist attacks in Kulgam on the instructions of Pakistan-based terror group Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT). All the tree accused are residents of Kulgam district. <br />''<br />''The chargesheet was filed under sections of Ranbir Penal Code and&nbsp; Unlawful Activities Prevention Act and the case relates to subversive activities of LeT in Kulgam. <br />''<br />''The accused were motivating youths to join the terror group and organised their travel to Pakistan for terrorist training.<br />''<span style="color: #222222;"><br />'' As per the NIA, the probe established that during 2016-2017, many Kashmiri youths were sent by the separatist leaders to Pakistan on valid travel documents for terrorist training with active assistance of militant groups.</span><br />
