<span style="color: #222222;">In Gujarat, the National Investigation Agency -NIA has filed a chargesheet against seven accused, including six Pakistan nationals in the case related to the seizure of narcotics. <br />''</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">According to sources, the charge sheet was filed in the case of seizure of 237 kilograms of narcotics from Pakistani vessel Al-Madina near Jakhau Port in Kutch in May 2019. Six Pakistani nationals and one Indian arrested in this case have been named accused before NIA special court in Ahmedabad. <br />''</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">According to the sources, the cases have been filed under several sections of the Indian Penal Code, Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act and Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act -NDPS Act. Investigation revealed that the accused had conspired and attempted to bring a total 330 kilograms of narcotics drugs into Gujarat. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The same was eventually intercepted by Indian Coast Guard which had seized 237 kilograms of narcotics along with several incriminating articles and Pakistani currency notes. A further investigation against nine absconding Pakistani accused persons is underway.</span>
