National Investigation Agency, NIA today filed a chargesheet against Pakistani national and Lashkar- e- Toiba member Bahadur Ali for conspiring to carry out terror attacks in Delhi and prominent cities of Jammu and Kashmir.The charge sheet was filed in NIA Court in New Delhi under various sections of IPC, Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, the Explosives Substances Act, the Foreigners Act and the Indian Wireless Telegraphy Act. <br/><br/>Ali was arrested on July last year from North Kashmir's border village Yahama. The accused was also allegedly involved in stone-pelting and causing trouble in the Valley following militant Burhan Wani's death. He confessed that he was trained in Pakistan and also told police that he was a Pakistani national. A GPS device and pocket diary were recovered form his possession. The data retrieved form the GPS device contained details of the Mandakuli launching pad of the LeT.
