NIA court grants 8-days custody to two accused in IS terror case

A Special Court of the National Investigation Agency in Hyderabad today granted 8-days custody of the two accused in the Islamic State terror conspiracy case whom the NIA arrested today. The Court also extended custody of the two prime accused out of five arrested earlier.<br/><br/>It sent the remaining three to the Chenchalguda jail. The agency produced the five accused of the Hyderabad terror conspiracy case whom the NIA had arrested on 30th of the June as the custody period came to a close today. <br/><br/>Besides, the investigation agency also produced two more accused whom it arrested today in connection with the terror conspiracy. The Court granted eight days NIA custody of the two prime accused and the two others with the NIA seeking the custody of the four.<br/><br/>Earlier, the NIA arrested Md Ataullah Rehman and Yaseer Naimathullah Hussaini, both are residents of Hyderabad in connection with the ISIS terror conspiracy in Hyderabad. These two were among the detained and released after questioning by the NIA. <br/><br/>Its officials informed that the duo have been arrested after due investigation. The NIA has alleged that Yaseer Niamatullah has played the Chief of Hyderabad group and Rehman motivated and raised funds for the conspiracy.
