NIA asks Rahul Bhatt not to leave Mumbai

A team of National Investigation Agency(NIA) which is conducting a probe into the alleged role of US terror suspect and LeT operative David Headley in the Mumbai terror attacks asked Rahul Bhatt, son of filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt not to leave Mumbai, as a restrictive order. The NIA has also told Rahul that if he wants to leave the city, he should inform them ahead of his travel plan. Rahul Bhatt has been under the scanner of the National Investigation Agency (NIA) after it was discovered that Rahul had met Headley while he was in Mumbai. The NIA has registered a case against Headley and his Canadian accomplice Tahawwur Hussain Rana in connection with terror attacks in India including the 26/11 Mumbai attacks. NIA on Sunday conducted search operations at five locations in Mumbai. NIA team conducted operations in Goregaon, Pali Hill, Khar, Lokhandwala (Andheri) and also at the Breach Candy flat where Headley stayed during his visit to Mumbai last year.
