National Investigation Agency, NIA, has arrested five youth for possessing material, used for making improvised explosive device, IED. Two of them were arrested from Hyderabad and one each from Mumbai, Bengaluru and Mangalore. Sources in the Home Ministry said, the investigation agency had rounded 14 people and of them arrested five. <br/><br/>They were under the scanner of the NIA for last six months. It is being investigated whether they had any connection with ISIS. It was also revealed during questioning that the arrested persons had plans to create trouble in different parts of the country. However, Delhi was not on their target.
