NIA announces cash reward for anyone providing information to Burdwan blast

National Investigation Agency, NIA has announced cash rewards for information leading to the arrest of 12 absconders in connection with the Burdwan blast in West Bengal. NIA announced a cash reward of 10 lakh rupees each against five absconders and 5 lakh rupees each for three accused.

A reward of 3 lakh rupees have been announced against the remaining four suspects. All of them are alleged to be associated with banned terror outfit Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB). They were conspiring to target installations in Bangladesh.

The NIA has sought general public's co-operation to apprehending them. Anyone can inform either on phone or on e-mail about their location and movement. It said the identity of the informers shall be kept secret.
