The National Human Rights Commission, NHRC, today issued notices to the Chief Secretary of Delhi government and the Commissioner of Delhi Police on the report alleging that a five-year-old girl was crushed under a police barricade in south Delhi on the 3rd of this month. Taking suo moto cognizance of media reports, the NHRC has asked them to submit reports within four weeks in the matter.
