A National Human Rights Commission, NHRC, team will visit Lakhimpur Kheri district to investigate into the alleged rape and murder of a teenaged girl at Nighasan police station. AIR Lucknow correspondent reports that the girl was found hanging on a tree inside the police station premise on Friday.
