The National Human Rights Commission has issued a notice to the Home Ministry following media reports showing Naxals' bodies being carried by security men in an inhuman manner. It has asked the Ministry to file a factual report in the matter by the 27th of July. Taking suo motu cognizance of the media reports depicting the photographs, the NHRC said that the report raises a serious issue of violation of human rights of the victims.<br/>
