National Human Rights Commission, NHRC has issued notice to Madhya Pradesh Government over the reported death of several people in a series of explosions at a fireworks factory in district Harda. Considering the media reports, the Commission has observed it as a violation of human rights and asked for a detailed report on the matter from the Chief Secretary and Director General of Police within four weeks.<br />''<br />''NHRC is expecting action against the negligent officers and steps taken to prevent the recurrence of the incidents in the report.
