The National Human Rights Commission, NHRC has issued a notice to the Delhi Government over reports that some children have to cross the Yamuna river by boat every day to attend a school. <br />'' <br />'' Taking suo moto cognizance of media reports, the commission has issued notice to Chief Secretary of Delhi and sought a detailed report within four weeks. <br />'' <br />'' The commission observed that if the contents of the news report is true then it raise serious issue of violation of human rights. <br />'' <br />'' According to media report, Chilla Khadar village in Delhi does not have a school due to which the children have to cross the Yamuna river by boat every day putting their lives to immense danger to attend a school.<br />''
