The National Human Rights Commission has issued notice to the Chairman Railway Board over reports of a boy being thrown out of a running train by a TTE in Odisha. Taking suo motu cognizance of media reports, the commission has sought a report within six weeks. <br/><br/>The media report said that last month, a 15-year-old boy, travelling without ticket on the Coromandal Express, was allegedly pushed out of the train by the TTE, resulting in severe head injuries to the boy. NHRC said, travelling without ticket is illegal but the accused TTE being a public servant is supposed to act in a responsible and lawful manner.
