In Uttar Pradesh, a two-member National Human Rights Commission,NHRC, has arrived in Lakhimpur Kheri to probe the killing of a teen aged girl by a group of policemen at a police station campus. The team comprising senior Indian Police Service Officer P.S. Rao and Anil Sharma has been asked to file a report within two to three days.
