The National Human Rights Commission, NHRC has issued notices to Gautam Budh Nagar District Magistrate and superintendent of Police on a complaint of false implication of innocent residents in the matter of assault on some African Nationals on 27th of last month in Greater NOIDA. <br/><br/>The Commission has asked both the officers to submit their reports within four weeks. The Commission has also asked its Director General (Investigation) to get the facts collected in the matter. <br/><br/>As per complaint filed to the commission by some residents of the NSG society, their wards are being harassed in the name of the investigations. Police has lodged FIR against 57 persons and of them 7 have been arrested in the case.
