The National Human Rights Commission has issued a notice to Telangana government over the death of a 5-year old child who fell in a hot vat of mid-day meal in Nalgonda. <br/><br/>The Commission took suo motu cognizance of a media report and sought a detailed report from the state's Chief Secretary within six weeks. <br/><br/>It said, there is an urgent need at government level to sensitise the school teachers and the assisting staff to be vigilant and more careful while dealing with children who require extra care and protection.<br/>
