<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has issued notices to the Chief Secretary and the Director General of Police, Kerala in the matter of two Kerala women who were missing from last three months and were allegedly murdered in a bizarre ritual orchestrated.</p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><br />''</p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">The Commission asked for a report in the matter within four weeks including status of the investigation of the case and compensation paid to the families of the victims.</p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><br />''</p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">NHRC has expressed disappointment that such incidents can not be expected in a civilized society.
