The National Human Rights Commission has issued notices to the Union Health Ministry and Delhi government over alleged carelessness of doctors at some city hospitals that led to amputation of a boy's leg. <br/><br/>The Commission took suo motu cognizance of media reports narrating the ordeal of 10-year-old boy Bilal, who was made to run from one big hospital to another for treatment of a foot injury. Delhi Medical Council has suspended the registration of four doctors of the two hospitals involved in the case.
