<span style="color: #222222;">National Human Rights Commission, NHRC has issued a notice to  Delhi Police Commissioner over the reported death of a man inside Bawana police station.<br />'' <br />'' Taking cognisance of the media report, the Commission called for a detailed report in the matter within four weeks.<br />'' <br />'' The Commission said, the Police Commissioner is also expected to submit as to why this custodial death in police custody has not been reported to it as per Commission's guidelines on the subject.<br />'' <br />'' The Commission said that the contents of the media reports, if true, amount to human rights violations of the victim.</span><br />''
