The National Human Rights Commission, NHRC has issued a notices to the Delhi government in view of media reports alleging that a minor boy was sent away by the doctors in the hospital after first aid without taking out a bullet lodged in his head.Taking suo motu cognizance of a media report, the commission has sought a report from state Health Secretary and Dr. Hedgewar Aarogya Sansthan Hospital administration within four weeks in the matter.The NHRC while issuing notices has observed that the contents of the press report, if true, it is a serious issue of violation of right to health of the child.
