The National Human Rights Commission, NHRC has issued notice to Bihar government days after a woman was assaulted and paraded naked by some people in Bihiya town of Bhojpur district in the state.<br />''  <br />'' In a statement, the NHRC said, it has directed Bihar Director General of Police to ensure proper protection to the woman and her family members. It has also issued notice to Bihar Chief Secretary, calling for a detailed report in the matter.
