The National Human Rights Commission has appealed to the Naxalite group to release Malkangiri district collector R Vineel Krishna and junior engineer Pabitra Majhi immediately. In a statement issued in Delhi, NHRC expressed the hope that the human rights defenders in the country will make efforts to see that detenues are released immediately.
