The next SAF games will be held in January next year in Guwahati and Shillong. Participating in a preparatory meeting in Guwahati today, Union Sports minister Sarbanand Sonowal has told this to media. The minister said that all SAF countries will take part in the event. Mr. Sonowal said that the Assam government is likely to complete the games infrastructure by next month. Senior officials of the Sports ministry, Assam government and Indian Olympic Association have participated in the review meeting.
