The Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) has said, the next 24 hours are crucial for the force to carry out rescue operations as inclement weather is likely to hamper the process.

Talking to AIR correspondent in New Delhi, ITBP spokesperson, Deepak Pandey said, the force is still constructing more tracks to rescue more people.

He said ITBP and other forces, engaged in the evacuation operations, are using all their resources to intensify the process of evacuation.
