<span style="color: #222222;">Four newly elected MLAs including present Minister of Agriculture and Tourism O. Lukhoi who have won the bye election polls, took oath as members of the Manipur Legislative Assembly today.<br />'' <br />'' The swearing-in ceremony was held at Manipur Legislative Assembly complex and Speaker Y. Khemchand administered the oath to three BJP MLAs- O. Lukhoi, P. Brojen, Ngamthang Haokip and an Independent MLA Y. Antas Khan. They are elected from Wangoi, Wangjing Tentha, Saitu and Lilong assembly constituencies in the by election. Manipur Chief Minister N. Biren, his cabinet colleague, MPs and MLAs present at the oath taking ceremony.<br />'' <br />'' The Election Commission of India had announced bye election for five seats of Manipur. However, the BJP candidate of Singhat assembly constituency got elected unopposed after the lone rival Independent candidate withdrew his nomination. He has already taken oath as a member of assembly.</span><br />'' &nbsp;
