The members of the newly elected Delhi Assembly took oath today. Congress MLA Mateen Ahmad administered the oath as the Pro-tem Speaker in the Assembly. The first session of newly elected Delhi Assembly that began today, will extend upto the 7th of this month. Arvind Kejriwal led Aam Aadmi Party government is to seek a vote of confidence on the floor of the Assembly tomorrow. The election of the Speaker and the Deputy Speaker has been fixed for day after tomorrow.
