In Assam, all the 78 newly-elected Congress Legislators are meeting at Dispur today to elect their leader in the State Assembly. Official sources said, the CLP meeting will be held at the Central Hall of the Assam Legislative Assembly at 1.00 P.M. in the presence of the Union Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee and the AICC general secretary in-charge of Assam, Digvijay Singh.
