Newly appointed minister who were inducted in the expansion of Narendra Modi cabinet yesterday have started assuming their charges .<br/><br/>Member of Parliament from Bikaner in Rajasthan Arjun Ram Meghwal today took charge as the Minister of State for Finance. <br/><br/>After taking charge Mr Meghwal called on Finance Minister Arun Jaitley. Another newly appointed Minister of State for Finance Santosh Gangwar also took charge. <br/><br/>Speaking to media after taking over, Mr Gangwar expressed confidence that GST bill will definitely be passed in the upcoming monsoon session of the Parliament.<br/><br/>Minister of State for Railways Rajen Gohain also took charge today.
