New Zealand stormed into the Final of the Cricket World Cup yesterday for the first time ever. In a nail-biting semi-final at Auckland, they defeated South Africa by 4 wickets. Grant Elliott, who top scored with an unbeaten 84, hit a six on the second last ball of the 43-over match to help the hosts overhaul the 298-run South African target. He was adjudged man of the match.The second semi-final between defending champions India and four time champions Australia will be played in Sydney tomorrow.
