New Zealand set 243-run target for India in 2nd ODI

New Zealand have set a 243 run victory target for India in the second ODI cricket match now underway at the Feroz Shah Kotla stadium in New Delhi.India won the toss and decided to field. New Zealand scored 242 for 9 in the stipulated 50 overs. Ken Williamson was the highest scorer for New Zealand with 118 runs.For India, Jaspreet Boomrah and Amit Mishra claimed three wickets each while Umesh Yadav, Akshar Patel and Jadhav shared one wicket each. India has fielded the same eleven that won the series opener on Sunday in Dharamshala. New Zealand have made three changes, bringing fast bowlers Trent Boult and Matt Henry and Anton Devcich. With hosts up 1-0 in the five-match ODI series, skipper Dhoni and his men would like to reassert themselves today in order to further consolidate their lead.
