In the World T20 women's match at Nagpur today, New Zealand defeated Australia by six wickets. Chasing 104 runs for a win, they achieved the target in 16.2 overs. Earlier,electing to bat after winning the toss, Australia had mace 103 for 8 in their 20 overs.With today's win, the Kiwis also entered the semi-finals of the Women's World T20 tournament. They have won all their three matches so far. Tomorrow, the Indian women's cricket team will be fighting a survival battle when they take on a strong England side at Dharamsala. A defeat tomorrow would virtually throw the home team out of the competition and the Mithali Raj-led side would hope to put their best foot forward against the English eves. So far, India won one and lost one in their earlier two fixtures. In the Men's World T20, Australia will take on Bangladesh at Bengaluru at 7.30 p.m. this evening.
