UPA government is considering a scheme for urban areas on the lines of the Mahatma Gandhi

National Rural Employment Guarantee programme MNREGA . Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pawan Kumar Bansal said this in a official release issued in New Delhi on Saturday.

The minister also said; a Bill on Right To Health is in pipeline to give better health facilities to all sections of the society.
