Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has appointed Mikhail Myasnikovich as the country's new Prime Minister. In a government reshuffle that came after a presidential election, Lukashenko also appointed four new vice prime ministers. Lukashenko won a fourth term in the Dec. 19 presidential election.
