The new Ministers of various ministries are taking over charge today and listing priorities of their Miniseries.Some of them were administered oath of office and secrecy last evening and some of them got new portfolios in the reshuffle. While Mr. Jairam Ramesh who has been elevated to the cabinet rank took over the charge of Rural Development Ministry late last evening.Veerappa Moily took over as Corporate Affairs Minister and Salmaan Khursheed as Law Minister this morning. Mr. Pawan Kumar Bansal and others will take over later in the day. With dropping of seven ministers and induction of 8 new faces the strength of the Union Council of Ministers is at 78. This excludes the Prime Minister.
