A new structural form of insulin has been developed to treat diabetes. Speaking exclusively to AIR, the Director National Institute of Immunology, Professor Avadhesha Surolia, said that one shot of this novel form of insulin will be effective from one week to over a month.<br/><br/>AIR correspondent reports that this new form of insulin will be of great help to over 5 crore diabetic patients in the country.
