The Congress today said new government should be formed in Tamil Nadu at the earliest. Replying to a media query in New Delhi, party spokesperson Randeep Singh Surjewala said, there should be clarity on government formation. <br/><br/>He also questioned Governor for shying away from calling special session of the Assembly. Mr Surjewala said, rule of the law and Constitution of the country must prevail. He also asked the BJP not to fish in troubled waters.
