In Jahrkhand ,Raj Bhavan sources say , the formation of new government in the state could be possible only when President's Rule is revoked. Jharkhand is under President Rule since January, 2009. Governor is considering the issue in consultation with three advisors and legal and constitutional experts.<br/>
