<span style="color: #222222;">Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal will declare the States' Start-up Ranking 2021 in New Delhi today. The Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade conducted the 3rd edition of the States' Start-up Ranking Exercise with the key objective to promote India's vision of competitive and cooperative federalism. A total of 24 States and seven Union Territories have participated in this exercise. In 2016, there were only four states and UTs with start-up policies, but now over 30 States and UTs have start-up policies.</span><br />
