External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj has assured, New Delhi will ensure hundred percent allotment of houses being constructed in Sri Lanka with Indian financial assistance is made to the intended displaced Tamil beneficiaries. <br/><br/>Replying to questions in Rajya Sabha today, she said the distribution of newly constructed houses is being monitored jointly by both the sides. She clarified that the construction was being done earlier by Indian government, but now the monetary assistance is being provided to the displaced Tamils who build the houses based on their own designs. She said, construction of 46,000 houses under the scheme has been completed. She dispelled fears that the allotments might be diverted to un-intended target people.<br/><br/>Ms Swaraj informed the House, the issue of Indian fishermen being arrested by Sri Lanka is being taken up at all forums and in bilateral meetings at all levels.
