New Delhi will continue to have dialogue with the civilian government in Islamabad. Talking to a private TV channel, the foreign secretary Ms. Nirupama Rao said that India has no plans to establish any direct contact with Pakistani military. She said that India will continue to deal with democratic government in Pakistan, its elected representatives and the civilian officials. She favoured continuance of dialogue between the two countries despite the revolution of American website on the involvement of Pakistani Spy ageny ISI in anti-India attacks in Afghanistan. She said that it has been known to New Delhi for a long time and India has made it clear that acts of violence against Indian nationals in Afghanistan are completely unacceptable.
