External Affairs Ministry today said New Delhi is ready to discuss every issue with Islamabad, but in an environment free from terror. Responding to a media query, MEA spokesperson said that terror and talks cannot go hand in hand.<br/><br/>In reply to another query, the spokesperson said protests in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir, PoK shows that people have no confidence in Pakistan government and the territory is under its illegal occupation.<br/><br/>There were protests across PoK over rigging in recently held elections. The elections resulted in Pakistan Muslim League-N bagging 32 of the 42 seats.
