O Pannerselvam faction of AIADMK today met the election commission in New Delhi. The delegation included Members of Parliament including party Rajya Sabha MP V. Maitreyan, Lok Sabha MPs R Vanaroja and V Sathyabhama. <br/><br/>The elevation of V K Sasikala as party general secretary, who is a disproportionate assets case convict is learnt to have figured in the meeting. Similar complaint on the validity of the appointment of Ms Sasikala as general secretary of the party based on a complaint by Rajya Sabha MP Sasikala Pushpa and party leader Madhusudhanan in pending before the commission.
