<span style="color: #222222;">Former Punjab Congress Chief Sunil Jakhar today joined BJP. He was inducted into the party in the presence of BJP President J P Nadda in New Delhi. Welcoming him into the party, Mr Nadda said, Mr Jakhar is an experienced political leader who has made a name for himself during his political career and he will play a big role in strengthening the BJP in Punjab. Speaking on the occasion, Mr Jakhar said, he had broken the 50-year-old tie with the Congress over the issues of nationalism, unity, and brotherhood in Punjab. </span><br />
